Ennis House Frank Lloyd Wright Los Angeles
I walked around the outside of the Ennis House, by Frank Lloyd Wright, scared that there might be an earthquake again (like the one that shook it in 1994) and textile blocks might come tumbling down the road beside me. This part of Los Angeles is a myriad of streets tangled along the hillside, with this house miraculously clutching to its site. Yet at the same time it seems so solid and grounded.
